Los padres y madres de alumnos tienen garantizada la libertad de asociaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1mbito educativo con el objeto de asumir determinadas funciones en los centros docentes no universitarios.<\/span><\/p>\n

Las asociaciones de madres y padres del alumnado son un cauce fundamental para posibilitar la participaci\u00f3n de las familias o tutores del alumnado, en su caso, en las actividades de los centros docentes. Para ello tendr\u00e1n aquellas finalidades que se fijen en sus estatutos, dentro de las siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Asistir a los padres, madres o tutores legales en todo aquello que concierne a la educaci\u00f3n de sus hijos e hijas o pupilos.<\/span><\/p>\n

– Colaborar en las actividades educativas de los centros, y en las actividades complementarias y extraescolares de los mismos.<\/span><\/p>\n
