En esta ocasi\u00f3n ha tocado construir nuestra \u201cRueda de los alimentos saludables\u201d con las frutas y verduras, carbohidratos, l\u00e1cteos, prote\u00ednas o grasas saludables que consumimos de forma habitual y nos encantan.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Hemos trabajado juntos la importancia de mantener una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable desde que somos peque\u00f1xs. <span class=\"pq6dq46d tbxw36s4 knj5qynh kvgmc6g5 ditlmg2l oygrvhab nvdbi5me sf5mxxl7 gl3lb2sf hhz5lgdu\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t57\/1\/16\/1f609.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\ude09\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\"><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable es aquella que proporciona los nutrientes que el cuerpo necesita para mantener el buen funcionamiento del organismo, conservar o restablecer la salud y minimizar el riesgo de enfermedades.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00bfConoces los beneficios de llevar una dieta equilibrada?<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Nos proporciona defensas contra la enfermedad.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Contribuye a evitar enfermedades del coraz\u00f3n.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Mejora el rendimiento intelectual.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u2022 Mejora el aspecto f\u00edsico.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Esta actividad nos ha permitido repasar el vocabulario en ingl\u00e9s adem\u00e1s de ser cr\u00edticos y reflexionar sobre los alimentos que consumimos de manera habitual. Cuando ten\u00edamos dudas pod\u00edamos buscar en nuestras tablets el valor nutricional de un determinado producto para as\u00ed decidir si lo manten\u00edamos en la rueda o no.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Lo mejor de la actividad ha sido el trabajo cooperativo, compartir ideas o aclarar dudas a los compa\u00f1erxs es estupendo, ya que as\u00ed compart\u00edamos la informaci\u00f3n previa que ten\u00edamos previa sobre los alimentos. When we had doubts we could look up on our tablets the nutritional value of a certain product in order to decide whether to keep it in the wheel or not.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql ii04i59q\">\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify\">The best part of the activity has been the cooperative work, sharing ideas or clarifying doubts to the companions is great, since we shared the previous information we had about the food.
