{"id":3700,"date":"2022-05-31T08:46:38","date_gmt":"2022-05-31T08:46:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogsaverroes.juntadeandalucia.es\/ceipsanblas\/?page_id=3700"},"modified":"2025-05-26T07:53:21","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T07:53:21","slug":"matricula","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogsaverroes.juntadeandalucia.es\/ceipsanblas\/escolarizacion\/matricula\/","title":{"rendered":"MATR\u00cdCULA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"CjVfdc CJIdie\"><strong>PRESENTACI\u00d3N DE FORMA TELEM\u00c1TICA<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p class=\"CDt4Ke zfr3Q\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">LAS SOLICITUDES DE MATR\u00cdCULA <strong>SER\u00c1N PRESENTADAS PREFERENTEMENTE DE FORMA TELEM\u00c1TICA<\/strong> ENTRE LOS <span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>D\u00cdAS 1 AL 9 DE JUNIO.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">*EN CASO DE SOLICITAR LOS SERVICIOS DE AULA MATINAL O COMEDOR, ES NECESARIO ADJUNTEN EN LA \u00daLTIMA PESTA\u00d1A DEL PROCESO LA DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N NECESARIA:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Para acreditar la actividad laboral o profesional de las personas que ostenten la guarda y custodia del alumnado ser\u00e1 necesario presentar, por cada uno de ellos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">a)&nbsp;<strong>Informe de vida laboral<\/strong>&nbsp;expedido por el organismo oficial competente en la materia o certificado de la unidad de personal de su destino como funcionario.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">b)&nbsp;<strong>Certificaci\u00f3n de la empresa justificativo de la duraci\u00f3n de la jornada<\/strong>, as\u00ed como el horario de trabajo a efectos de lo establecido en los art\u00edculos 11.2.c) y 15.2.c) del Decreto 6\/2017, de 16 de enero.<\/li>\n<li>c) En el caso de que desarrollen su actividad laboral por cuenta propia, deber\u00e1n presentar&nbsp;<strong>una certificaci\u00f3n demostrativa del alta en el Impuesto de Actividades Econ\u00f3micas y una declaraci\u00f3n responsable de la persona interesada sobre la vigencia de la misma y del horario que requiere la actividad<\/strong>.
