cient\u00edfica para descubrir las propiedades de uno de los productos estrella de nuestra Comunidad Aut\u00f3noma: el aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n<p>Tras hacer un recorrido por el ciclo productivo de este \u201coro l\u00edquido\u201d (el olivo, la recogida de la aceituna, el proceso para extraer el aceite\u2026), el alumnado ha experimentado con las propiedades de esta sustancia para luego finalizar
