Cuando ya tengamos claro cu\u00e1nto dinero necesitamos para\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emprendepyme.net\/crear-empresa\">crear una empresa<\/a>, debemos estudiar detenidamente de d\u00f3nde vamos a sacar el dinero.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif\">Definici\u00f3n de plan de marketing<\/span><\/strong> <a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El <span style=\"color: #2f9494\"><strong>plan de marketing<\/strong><\/span> se puede definir como la elaboraci\u00f3n de un documento escrito que est\u00e1 compuesto por la descripci\u00f3n de la situaci\u00f3n actual, el an\u00e1lisis de dicha situaci\u00f3n, el establecimiento de objetivos de marketing, la definici\u00f3n de estrategias de marketing y los programas de acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'arial black', sans-serif;color: #993366\">Actividad grupal: Modelo de trabajo por problemas<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>OBJETIVO<\/strong>: Conseguir financiaci\u00f3n y una difusi\u00f3n eficiente<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>MATERIALES<\/strong>: Papel, bol\u00edgrafo y ordenadores<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>N\u00ba DE PARTICIPANTES<\/strong>: 5 participantes<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>DURACI\u00d3N<\/strong>:\u00a0 6 horas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>DESARROLLO:\u00a0 <\/strong>Se comenz\u00f3 con la organizaci\u00f3n de la planificaci\u00f3n de tareas, para ello realizamos un panel \u201cKanban\u201d, donde desglosamos los siguientes pasos, adem\u00e1s a\u00f1adimos la t\u00e9cnica que \u00edbamos a utilizar en cada que hicimos fue crear un nombre para nuestro equipo de trabajo, se nos ocurri\u00f3 <span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong>Antanoma<\/strong><\/span>, ya que corresponde a las primeras letras del nombre cada una de las personas que compone el grupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La <span style=\"color: #00ff00\"><strong>designaci\u00f3n de los roles<\/strong><\/span>, se utiliz\u00f3 durante todas las sesiones de trabajo, fueron el de secretaria (se encarga de elaborar las actas, anexo 2), portavoza y lideresa. Estos roles los fuimos rotando por todos los componentes del grupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Despu\u00e9s de acordar los roles comenz\u00e1bamos a realizar las tareas, la primera que elaboramos fue la <span style=\"color: #00ccff\"><strong>identificaci\u00f3n del problema,<\/strong><\/span> para ello nos reunimos el grupo y comenzamos a hacernos preguntas sobre cu\u00e1l es la cantidad de dinero que nos hac\u00eda falta, si se puede reducir costes de alguna forma y si deber\u00edamos darnos a conocer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogsaverroes.juntadeandalucia.es\/emprendetuvida\/files\/2018\/03\/financiacion-para-empresas.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El resultado de estas preguntas fueron que necesit\u00e1bamos 1.500\u20ac, pero tambi\u00e9n pod\u00edamos reducir costes elaborando nosotras los materiales. Adem\u00e1s, es muy importante hacer difusi\u00f3n del Escape Room lograr\u00edamos darnos a conocer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El siguiente paso fue hacer una lluvia de ideas para plasmar los <span style=\"color: #2debc5\"><strong>conocimientos previos<\/strong> <\/span>que ten\u00edamos sobre c\u00f3mo financiarnos y c\u00f3mo nos difundir, para ello utilizamos la t\u00e9cnica 1,2,4. En cada columna utilizamos 2 minutos para responder a las dos preguntas.El resultado fue muy parecido, pero siempre surg\u00eda una idea m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la siguiente sesi\u00f3n hicimos una <span style=\"color: #ff00ff\"><strong>investigaci\u00f3n triangular<\/strong><\/span>, ante la incapacidad de asistencia de dos miembros del grupo, lo que hicimos fue una repartici\u00f3n equitativa de la tarea correspondiente a ese d\u00eda y todo lo extra\u00eddo se qued\u00f3 plasmado en un documento Word.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la tercera sesi\u00f3n nos volvimos a reunir, comentamos los resultados de las b\u00fasquedas y debatimos sobre las opciones que m\u00e1s nos gustaban hasta llegar a un acuerdo, nuestra elecci\u00f3n fue para la financiaci\u00f3n el crowdfunding y para la difusi\u00f3n de las redes sociales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la cuarta sesi\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 la <span style=\"color: #666699\"><strong>preparaci\u00f3n de la presentaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/span> con todo el documental recopilado anteriormente y las diapositivas que iban a acompa\u00f1ar el discurso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por \u00faltimo, se llev\u00f3 a cabo una <span style=\"color: #99cc00\"><strong>presentaci\u00f3n Sprint<\/strong><\/span>, la cual duraba 15 minutos de exposici\u00f3n y 5 minutos de feedback por cada equipo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Como conclusi\u00f3n de todas las exposiciones fue que la mejor manera de conseguir la financiaci\u00f3n es mediante el <span style=\"color: #ff0dba\"><strong>crowdfunding<\/strong><\/span> y la mejor para la difusi\u00f3n es a trav\u00e9s de las <span style=\"color: #2debc5\"><strong>redes sociales<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/blogsaverroes.juntadeandalucia.es\/emprendetuvida\/files\/2018\/03\/equity-630x330.jpg\" width=\"204\" height=\"107\" \/>\u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/blogsaverroes.juntadeandalucia.es\/emprendetuvida\/files\/2018\/03\/Socialmedia-pm-672x372.png\" width=\"203\" height=\"112\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Tras realizar todo el proceso de financiaci\u00f3n y difusi\u00f3n he descubierto que todo el equipo ha trabajado con mayor fluidez y eficacia, pienso que es debido a toda la trayectoria del curso y el aprendizaje de diversas t\u00e9cnicas, las cuales nos han ayudado a trabajar de una manera m\u00e1s \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Respecto al contendi\u00f3 he conocido como se puede financiar un proyecto no sab\u00eda que exist\u00edan tantas formas diferentes y mucho menos la financiaci\u00f3n crowdfunding, la cual me ha parecido la mejor forma de conseguir financiaci\u00f3n sin poner el patrimonio personal en peligro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"#_ftnref1\" name=\"_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emprendepyme.net\/plan-de-financiacion\">https:\/\/www.emprendepyme.net\/plan-de-financiacion<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"#_ftnref2\" name=\"_ftn2\">[2]<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/robertoespinosa.es\/2014\/03\/25\/como-elaborar-el-plan-de-marketing\/\">http:\/\/robertoespinosa.es\/2014\/03\/25\/como-elaborar-el-plan-de-marketing\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N\u00a0 Definici\u00f3n de plan de financiaci\u00f3n [1] El\u00a0plan de financiaci\u00f3n\u00a0es la herramienta que nos permitir\u00e1 describir cu\u00e1les van a ser las fuentes de financiaci\u00f3n de nuestro negocio.
