style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Consiste en crear una torre entre 5 personas \u00fanicamente con las siguientes <strong><span style=\"color: #800080\">herramientas<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: square;text-align: justify\">\n<li>Espaguetis (ilimitado)<\/li>\n<li>Nubes de az\u00facar (10 unidades)<\/li>\n<li>1,5 m de celo<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un l\u00edder <\/strong>(designado por unanimidad entre todos los integrantes del grupo, sin saber \u00e9stos previamente, que al t\u00e9rmino de dicha din\u00e1mica \u00fanicamente el <strong>l\u00edder<\/strong> recibir\u00e1 una recompensa)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff00ff\">PROCEDIMIENTO<\/span>:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Se disponen de 40 minutos para construir la torre m\u00e1s alta de espaguetis y que se mantenga en pie, entre los integrantes del grupo, a excepci\u00f3n del <strong>l\u00edder,\u00a0 <\/strong>que tiene completamente prohibido manipular cualquiera de las herramientas durante los 40 minutos que dure la din\u00e1mica.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #00ffff\">RESULTADO<\/span>:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>En total participamos 3 grupos de los cuales nosotros quedamos en 2\u00aa posici\u00f3n porque nuestra torre med\u00eda 80 cm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El <strong>l\u00edder<\/strong> (yo) recib\u00ed un como recompensa un tal\u00f3n, personal e intransferible, por valor de 5 puntos para canjearlo por la actividad que considere oportuna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 <span style=\"color: #ffcc00\">he sentido<\/span> con la din\u00e1mica? \u00bf<span style=\"color: #99cc00\">Me ha servido<\/span> para algo? \u00bfQue <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">he aprendido<\/span> y c\u00f3mo <span style=\"color: #339966\">lo he aprendido<\/span>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En el transcurso de la din\u00e1mica se me han removido (yo, como <strong>l\u00edder<\/strong>) muchas emociones, \u00a0en un per\u00edodo tan corto de tiempo, por un lado al comienzo de \u00e9sta <span style=\"color: #ffcc00\"><strong><u>he sentido<\/u><\/strong><\/span> una gran responsabilidad al poseer el papel de <strong>l\u00edder<\/strong> y las consecuencias que eso conlleva y <span style=\"color: #808000\"><strong><u>me ha servido<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>para enfocar mi papel de manera reforzadora siempre beneficiando al grupo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong><u>He aprendido<\/u><\/strong> <\/span>que aunque no pudiera contribuir a la construcci\u00f3n de la torre mis opiniones y comentarios se han tenido siempre en cuenta y por eso he captado r\u00e1pidamente que deb\u00eda motivar al grupo para poder conseguir nuestro objetivo y los que m\u00e1s me ha empujado a ello ha sido, ver la admirable implicaci\u00f3n (100%) de los miembros del grupo, a\u00fan sabiendo, que el l\u00edder era el \u00fanico integrante que recibir\u00eda recompensa y <span style=\"color: #339966\"><u>l<strong>o he aprendido<\/strong><\/u><\/span> poniendo en pr\u00e1ctica el <em>efecto pigmalion.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
