Esta planificaci\u00f3n permite una <strong>intervenci\u00f3n coordinada, coherente y continua a lo largo del curso escolar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify\" data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1068\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">A continuaci\u00f3n, se presenta el <strong>cronograma, organizado de manera trimestral,<\/strong> con las principales l\u00edneas de trabajo o
