Recordad que realizar una dieta equilibrada es una de las maneras m\u00e1s recomendables de tener una vida sana y prevenir muchas enfermedades. As\u00ed, aunque comer es una necesidad vital, es interesante que esta necesidad sea cubierta con alimentos sanos, variados y equilibrados que puedan aportarnos todos los nutrientes necesarios para que nuestras defensas est\u00e9n al 100%.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Adem\u00e1s, os ayudar\u00e1 en vuestros&nbsp;<b>almuerzos saludables<\/b>&nbsp;para llevar al cole, en vuestros&nbsp;<b>men\u00fas para casa<\/b>&nbsp;y en los&nbsp;<b>trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n<\/b>&nbsp;de la Unidad Did\u00e1ctica de Salud.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Por otro lado, la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) recomienda realizar entre&nbsp;<b>30 y 60 minutos diarios de alg\u00fan tipo de actividad f\u00edsica aer\u00f3bica<\/b>. Lo importante es buscar actividades que nos motiven, que nos gusten y que podamos hacer a diario, ya que as\u00ed nos resultar\u00e1 sencillo cumplirlas.
