efectos<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-style: normal;font-weight: 400\">1.&nbsp;<\/span>El alumno o la alumna que supere un ciclo de Formaci\u00f3n Profesional B\u00e1sica obtendr\u00e1 el t\u00edtulo profesional b\u00e1sico correspondiente a las ense\u00f1anzas cursadas, con valor acad\u00e9mico y profesional y con validez en todo el territorio nacional.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">2. El t\u00edtulo profesional b\u00e1sico permitir\u00e1 el acceso a los ciclos formativos de grado medio.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">3. En virtud de lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 44.1 de la Ley Org\u00e1nica 2\/2006, de 3 de mayo:&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">a) Las personas que se encuentren en posesi\u00f3n de un t\u00edtulo profesional b\u00e1sico podr\u00e1n obtener el t\u00edtulo de Graduado en Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Obligatoria por cualquiera de las dos opciones previstas en la Ley Org\u00e1nica 2\/2006, de 3 de mayo, mediante la superaci\u00f3n de la prueba de evaluaci\u00f3n final de la Educaci\u00f3n Secundaria Obligatoria, en las condiciones previstas en dicha Ley Org\u00e1nica.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">b) Las personas mayores de 22 a\u00f1os que tengan acreditadas todas las unidades de competencia incluidas en un t\u00edtulo profesional b\u00e1sico, bien a trav\u00e9s de certificados de profesionalidad de nivel 1, o por el procedimiento establecido de evaluaci\u00f3n y acreditaci\u00f3n de competencias profesionales, recibir\u00e1n el t\u00edtulo profesional b\u00e1sico correspondiente.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">c) La expedici\u00f3n del t\u00edtulo se ajustar\u00e1 al modelo y a las condiciones que se establecen en la disposici\u00f3n final primera del presente real decreto.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">4. Los alumnos y las alumnas que finalicen sus estudios sin haber obtenido el t\u00edtulo profesional b\u00e1sico recibir\u00e1n la certificaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica de los m\u00f3dulos profesionales superados, que tendr\u00e1 efectos acad\u00e9micos y de acreditaci\u00f3n parcial acumulable de las competencias profesionales adquiridas en relaci\u00f3n con el Sistema Nacional de Cualificaciones y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size: 12pt\">5.
