Adem\u00e1s nos ha dado unos estupendos consejos sobre la gesti\u00f3n del tiempo de trabajo y descanso, la necesidad de dormir bien, comer sano y hacer ejercicio. <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Por ultimo, nos ha explicado c\u00f3mo hacer un modulo formativo puede ser la puerta de entrada al mundo laboral o a estudios universitarios. <\/span><br \/>\n<span
