n\u00e9cessairement compos\u00e9 de:<\/p><div><div><div><div><p>Un \u00e9lectrode de travail \u00e0 gouttes de mercure tombantes, compos\u00e9 par un capillaire d\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019on sort \u00e0 vitesse constante et formant des petites gouttes, le mercure dans un r\u00e9cipient.<\/p><p>Un \u00e9lectrode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, qui peut \u00eatre simplement un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de mecure ou bien un \u00e9lectrode est\u00e1ndar de calomels ou de platine.<\/p><p>Un \u00e9lectrolyte de support, auquel on lui ajoute la dissolution des substances \u00e9lectroactives que nous voulons analyser.<\/p><p>\u00c0 celui-ci nous devons ajouter pour obtener des courbes d\u2019intensit\u00e9-potentiel.<\/p><p>Une alimentation \u00e9lectrique, qui nous permette de souministrer un potentiel variable \u00e0 a cellule.<\/p><p>Un microamp\u00e8rem\u00e8tre, pour mesurer l\u2019intensit\u00e9 du courant g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e pendant l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyse des substances la cellule polarographe avec la dissolution de la substance probl\u00e8me et l\u2019\u00e9lectrolyte de fond, nous pla\u00e7ons les \u00e9lectrodes et nous le faisons p\u00e9tiller \u00e0 travers d\u2019elle de l\u2019azote ou du helium dissout pour interf\u00e9rer dans les mesures.<\/div><div><p>Suite \u00e0 cela, nous lui appliquons une diff\u00e9rence de potentiel connue, avec\u00a0 laquelle est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e un courant \u00e9lectrique don\u2019t l\u2019intensit\u00e9 est mesur\u00e9e avec le microamp\u00e8rem\u00e8tre incorpor\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019appareil. Avec des successives mesures, nous augmentons le voltage appliqu\u00e9 et nous indiquons les nouvelles intensit\u00e9s. En repr\u00e9sentant graphiquement les valeurs obtenues, on obtient une courbe sigmoidal ( en forme de S) qui nous permet d\u2019identifier les substances pr\u00e9sents dans la dissolution et sa
