cat\u00f3dicos, placas de desviaci\u00f3n vertical y\u00a0 placas de desviaci\u00f3n horizontal, aunque exteriormente\u00a0 s\u00f3lo podemos observar\u00a0 la pantalla, en la que termina el tubo de rayos cat\u00f3dicos, y una serie de controles, que nos permiten modificar la intensidad y posici\u00f3n de la imagen, controlar la amplitud de la se\u00f1al de entrada y ajustar la unidad de electr\u00f3nico. La diferencia de potencial entre ellos, convenientemente aumentada o disminuida para adaptarse a las caracter\u00edsticas del osciloscopio, produce una desviaci\u00f3n vertical en el haz de electrones que atraviesa el tubo de rayos cat\u00f3dicos. La magnitud de esta desviaci\u00f3n es proporcional a la diferencia de potencial\u00a0 aplicada.<\/div><div><section><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><section><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Simult\u00e1neamente, aplicamos una tensi\u00f3n en forma de\u201d dientes de sierra\u201d, que provoca una desviaci\u00f3n horizontal peri\u00f3dica del haz electr\u00f3nico.<\/p><p>La combinaci\u00f3n de ambos desplazamientos hace que los electrones vayan incidiendo en distintos puntos de la pantalla, dibujando en ella una curva que nos conocer la variaci\u00f3n del potencial en funci\u00f3n del
