Son structure ressemble \u00e0 celle du microscope optique d\u00e9crit dans une fiche pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente mais avec la diff\u00e9rence que la loupe binoculaire a deux lentilles et un seul objectif.<\/p>

L\u2019objectif est une lentille convergente qui donne une image moyenne de l\u2019objet, celle-ci est invers\u00e9e par les prismes et augment\u00e9e par les lentilles qui sont aussi convergentes.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Il faut placer l\u2019\u00e9chantillon que l\u2019on veut observer sur une plaque en verre rectangulaire (porte-objets) et le fixer \u00e0 un plat, alors on l\u2019\u00e9claire d\u2019en haut avec la lumi\u00e8re provenant d\u2019un projecteur lumineux. Au moyen des vis lat\u00e9rales on fait baisser le tuyau qui contient les lentilles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019objectif se situe tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon.<\/div>

Le premier microscope simple, compos\u00e9 par deux lentilles convergentes a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit en 1590 par Zacharias Jansen.<\/p>

En 1665 Robert Hooke\u00a0emploie un microscope compos\u00e9 pour \u00e9tudier des coupes de caoutchouc et il a d\u00e9crit les petits pores qu\u2019il a appel\u00e9es cellules.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
