Last 26th September was the Day of European Languages and the students carried
out different projects in their subjects. Here is a summary of them:
ENGLISH:
-3rd ESO Conversations among students discussing the importance of learning languages and comprehension questions about facts about languages in Europe
-2nd ESO Summary in groups of an article about the origin and foundations of the Day of European Languages.
-1st ESO Game with different questions about flags, typical food, languages,landmarks and important characters of European countries. After that, they created a poster about it. Decoration of the hall tree with leaves with different languages words.
-4th ESO.. Discussion about the importance of learning languages and the origin of this day after watching several powerpoint. In pairs, creation of a poster where they recommend learning languages.

NATURAL SCIENCES:
Discussion about the importance of the scientific work and the importance of expressing the results in different languages so that they may be shared and we can advance in common.That implies to be able to communicate in common languages.After that, the 3 rd ESO students created a wall poster in which they wrote the sentence I am a scientist in different languages and they revised the vocabulary of the lab in English.
MATHS:
2 PMAR students participated with a wall poster in which they draw flags of European countries with the distance between the high school and their capital city. They added the word welcoming in the language of the country..It was a way to understand that it does not matter the distance between ones from others because we form part of a whole world.
ARTS:
The students painted t-shirts with words in different languages.
SPANISH LANGUAGE:
-The students made wallposters with the titles «The Romance languages in Europe» and «The Spanish in the world».
-The 4 ESO students in modality B created a poster with expressions in different languages.
