{"id":2796,"date":"2020-11-23T12:31:51","date_gmt":"2020-11-23T12:31:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogsaverroes.juntadeandalucia.es\/iesseneca\/?page_id=2796"},"modified":"2023-07-10T12:35:22","modified_gmt":"2023-07-10T12:35:22","slug":"matriculacion","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogsaverroes.juntadeandalucia.es\/iesseneca\/secretaria\/matriculacion\/","title":{"rendered":"Matriculaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: center\"><strong>INSTRUCCIONES Y CALENDARIO DE MATRICULACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">1.- La matriculaci\u00f3n se debe realizar entre los d\u00edas 1 y 10 de julio, pero <strong>ROGAMOS que la realicen cuanto antes, si fuera posible, entre el 1 y el 5 de julio,<\/strong>&nbsp;para poder trabajar en la planificaci\u00f3n de grupos y profesorado necesario para el curso pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>2.-&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>TODOS LOS ALUMNOS HAN DE MATRICULARSE<\/strong> EN LA FECHA INDICADA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>3.- Alumnado que ha cursado este a\u00f1o 1\u00ba de Bachillerato<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Si un alumno tiene 0,1 o 2 asignaturas suspensas realizar\u00e1&nbsp;<strong>Matr\u00edcula definitiva<\/strong>&nbsp;en el curso siguiente.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si el alumno tiene 3 o 4 suspensas realizar\u00e1&nbsp;<strong><em>Matr\u00edcula provisional<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;en el curso siguiente.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si el alumno tiene 5 o m\u00e1s suspensas realizar\u00e1&nbsp;<strong><em>Matr\u00edcula provisional<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;en el mismo curso.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>En septiembre<\/strong>, tras conocer la decisi\u00f3n sobre su promoci\u00f3n o titulaci\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>el alumnado que realiz\u00f3 la matr\u00edcula provisional en el mes de julio deber\u00e1 cumplimentar el ANEXO I<\/strong>&nbsp;que acompa\u00f1a a las presentes Instrucciones, como informaci\u00f3n complementaria a la que figura en la matr\u00edcula provisional. Dicho anexo deber\u00e1 entregarlo en la secretar\u00eda del centro de forma inmediata a la publicaci\u00f3n de las notas de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>4.-&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>El alumnado de 3\u00ba ESO, 4\u00ba ESO y 1\u00ba y 2\u00ba BACHILLERATO ha de pagar el SEGURO ESCOLAR de 1,12 \u20ac.<\/strong>&nbsp;Les recordamos que es obligatorio introducir&nbsp;<strong>el c\u00f3digo del centro: 14002972<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>5.-&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>La matriculaci\u00f3n se deber\u00e1 formalizar de forma telem\u00e1tica<\/strong>&nbsp;a trav\u00e9s del formulario habilitado en la Secretar\u00eda Virtual de los centros educativos del portal web de la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n y Deporte <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/educacion\/secretariavirtual\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/educacion\/secretariavirtual\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1656415668291000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1BJ8PFV9YHzIXJAhMGQd4S\">https:\/\/www.juntadeandalucia.es\/educacion\/secretariavirtual\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>Las instrucciones y los documentos necesarios para la matriculaci\u00f3n ONLINE se encuentran en cada uno de los cursos, una vez que se accede a ellos. Recomendamos leerlos con atenci\u00f3n antes de cumplimentar la matr\u00edcula.<\/div>\n<div>Al matricularse y priorizar las asignaturas que quieren cursar deben hacerlo seg\u00fan los itinerarios aprobados en el centro.<\/div>\n<div>Tambi\u00e9n se accede desde aqu\u00ed al pago del seguro escolar.<\/div>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>6.-&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Para aquellos que no puedan hacerla teletramitada<\/strong>, por circunstancias excepcionales, acudir\u00e1n al centro para entregar el sobre de matr\u00edcula de <strong>10 a 13 horas<\/strong>, lo antes posible, como hemos pedido con anterioridad<strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Los documentos a entregar deber\u00e1n estar cumplimentados y se podr\u00e1n descargar de la p\u00e1gina web del centro.&nbsp;<strong>En ning\u00fan caso el centro entregar\u00e1 el sobre de matr\u00edcula.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\"><strong>El abono del seguro escolar, si hace la matr\u00edcula presencial, lo puede realizar de tres maneras:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Pagarlo en met\u00e1lico en la secretar\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;text-align: justify\">Abonarlo
