organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Efectuar las gestiones administrativas de las \u00e1reas de selecci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n de los recursos humanos de la empresa, ajust\u00e1ndose a la normativa vigente y a la pol\u00edtica empresarial, bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del responsable superior del departamento.<\/li><li>Prestar apoyo administrativo en el \u00e1rea de gesti\u00f3n laboral de la empresa
