The 28 th of February we celebrate the Andalusia day.
But this day we are on holiday, so we have celebrated this special day last Friday, on 22 nd of February.
This celebration was full of activities.
Between 9:00 and 11:00, the children were in their classrooms and they did different worksheets about Andalusia(its flag, its shield, its landscapes,…)
At 11:00 there was a typical breakfast : mollete with olive oil.It was delicious!
Then there was a little break and at 12:00  started the official celebration. The children recited some poetries, sang and danced. The 2nd level children sang «La tarara».
In the end the Andalusian and Spanish flags were hoisted and all the children sang the Andalusia anthem.

EL DÍA DE ANDALUCÍA

El 28 de febrero celebramos el día de Andalucía.
Pero en ese día hay  vacaciones y por eso celebramos este día especial el pasado viernes 22 de febrero.
El día estuvo repleto de actividades. Entre las 9 y las 11 los niños hicieron en sus clases  diferentes fichas sobre Andalucía (su bandera, su escudo, sus paisajes…).
A las 11 hubo un típico desayuno:mollete con aceite de oliva.¡Estaba delicioso!
Luego hubo un pequeño descanso y a las 12 comenzó la celebración oficial: los niños recitaron poemas, cantaron y bailaron. Los alumnos de 2º cantaron «La Tarara».
Al final las banderas andaluza y española fueron izadas y todos los niños cantaron el himno de Andalucía.
