Happy holidays and happy Easter!

Today I have prepared a quick lesson plan with some activities preparing vocabulary for Easter.

First of all, I have introduced the topic talking about this festivity and about the different traditions we can find. Especially, we speak about the Easter eggs and the chocolates, that the children love!

I have found many activities in the web of the British Council for kids, Learn English kids. We start with a memory game you can find here and a word game you can see here.

After that, we answer some true or false sentencesand play different games like this or this one. 

Lastly, they did this worksheet you can download from the web.

On the following session, we make an easter craft: an Easter bunny. We use these materials:

• two paper plates
• some cotton
• two plastic eyes
• some colored card board (blue and pink)
• markers

They liked it a lot!
