En esta primera sesi\u00f3n vamos a practicar el salto de altura. Para ello debemos conocer los aspectos b\u00e1sicos del mismo, desde sus or\u00edgenes hasta la revoluci\u00f3n de Fusbury. La carrera debe realizarse inicialmente recta o ligeramente curva.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\">2. Al acercarnos a la colchoneta, debemos dar los tres \u00faltimos pasos un poco m\u00e1s cortos que el resto.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\">3.Mientras nos aproximamos, vamos girando nuestro cuerpo.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\">4. Al realizar la batida (salto), empujamos fuertemente mientras rotamos el cuerpo utilizando las piernas, caderas y hombros.<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\">Estilos de salto rodillo ventral:<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;line-height: 17px\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<div align=\"center\" style=\"font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif;line-height: 18px;text-align: center\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">RODILLO VENTRAL<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><br \/>Es un estilo que no se suele utilizar en competici\u00f3n.<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif;line-height: 18px;text-align: -webkit-auto\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><span>Fase de Carrera<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><br \/>Se realiza en una direcci\u00f3n oblicua al list\u00f3n, entre 7 y 9 pasos. En los tres \u00faltimos pasos, el centro de gravedad del cuerpo se retrasa, mediante una ligera flexi\u00f3n de las piernas, para poder lanzar la pierna de salto.<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif;line-height: 18px;text-align: -webkit-auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif;line-height: 18px;text-align: -webkit-auto\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><span>Fase de Batida<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><br \/>Se realiza de forma violenta y explosiva, en direcci\u00f3n al list\u00f3n. Simult\u00e1neamente, los brazos ejecutan una acci\u00f3n ascendente, a fin de que el cuerpo se coloque, en el aire, paralelo al list\u00f3n.<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif;line-height: 18px;text-align: -webkit-auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif;line-height: 18px;text-align: -webkit-auto\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><span>Fase de envolvimiento:<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><br \/>El cuerpo pasa por encima del list\u00f3n, salv\u00e1ndolo despu\u00e9s mediante un movimiento envolvente.<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif;line-height: 18px;text-align: -webkit-auto\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial\"><b style=\"background-color: black\"><br \/><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div
