NOTA INFORMATIVA EXTRANJER\u00cdA <\/span>*\u00bbEl pasado 20 de octubre entr\u00f3 en vigor el punto 3 de la Disposici\u00f3n Adicional Tercera del RD 557\/2011 que regula el Reglamento de Extranjer\u00eda. Esta cuesti\u00f3n,<\/span> entre otros afecta a las solicitudes de pr\u00f3rroga de estancia por pr\u00e1cticas no laborales. En concreto, esta modificaci\u00f3n supone que las solicitudes de pr\u00f3rroga, s\u00f3lo pueden solicitarse, o bien presencialmente en la Oficina de Extranjer\u00eda (tras pedir la oportuna Cita Previa en Solicitud de Autorizaciones),<\/strong> <\/span>o bien, digitalmente a trav\u00e9s de la Plataforma MERCURIO (directamente o a trav\u00e9s de representante). Tanto la Oficina de Extranjer\u00eda, como al propio auxiliar de conversaci\u00f3n, le interesa, por comodidad en las notificaciones, obtener el certificado digital y realizar la solicitud a trav\u00e9s de esta Plataforma.\u00bb Esto supone que las solicitudes que se presenten por el Registro Electr\u00f3nico Com\u00fan, por Correo Postal, o en un Registro Administrativo (ya sea el de la propia Subdelegaci\u00f3n, de la Junta, o del Ayuntamiento), ser\u00e1n autom\u00e1ticamente INADMITIDAS A TR\u00c1MITE.\u00bb<\/span><\/h1>\n

You will need a letter provided by MEFP or CEJA in order to identify yourself asa a Language Assistant when in the Police Office to arrange documents for your stay in Spain.<\/span><\/h1>\n

Al llegar a Espa\u00f1a uno de los temas que m\u00e1s preocupa al auxiliar de conversaci\u00f3n c\u00f3mo obtener el N.I.E. (N\u00famero de Identidad de Extranjero) o el Certificado de Residencia Comunitaria para ciudadanos europeos.<\/span><\/p>\n

El n\u00famero personal ser\u00e1 el identificador del extranjero, que deber\u00e1 figurar en todos los documentos que se le expidan o tramiten, as\u00ed como las diligencias que se estampen en su tarjeta de identidad o pasaporte.<\/span><\/p>\n

    La gesti\u00f3n del N.I.E. cambia dependiendo de varios factores:<\/span><\/p>\n

* Nacionalidad del auxiliar<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

* Si se trata de primer a\u00f1o o si, por el contrario, se trata de una renovaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Aseg\u00farate de que tramitas bien tu N.I.E., T.I.E o C.U.E. seg\u00fan tu nacionalidad y si eres o no repetidor:<\/span><\/p>\n

The first step to take upon arriving is to apply for an EU Registration Certificate at the immigration office or police station in the assigned city or town. Assistants will have to go to the local immigration office (or, if there is none, to the corresponding police station), in order to apply for registration in the Central Register of Foreign Nationals.<\/span>
\nTo apply for the EU Registration Certificate, a fee must be paid (about ten euros) and the following documents will have to be provided:<\/span><\/p>\n
