Este galard\u00f3n, que es concedido por el Servicio Central de Apoyo de European Schoolnet, una asociaci\u00f3n internacional integrada por los Ministerios de Educaci\u00f3n europeos, permite participar a los centros y docentes galardonados en la convocatoria europea de premios eTwinning.
