Visita Erasmus+ at CEIP Los Morales
Entre el 13 y el 15 de mayo hemos recibido la visita de 10 alumnos/as de la escuela Liceului Teoretic Alexandru Ioan Cuza, de Coravia, Rumanía, gracias al programa Erasmus+.
Junto con nuestro alumnado de sexto de primaria han desarrollado un proyecto sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente, creando un podcast y carteles online con Canva, también han potenciado su competencia comunicativa en inglés, e intercambiado cultura y tradiciones, haciendo nuevos amigos internacionales.
Ha sido una magnífica experiencia de la que todos se han beneficiado y han disfrutado al máximo.
This week, from 13th to 15th May, we have received the visit of 10 students from the school Liceului Teoretic Alexandru Ioan Cuza, from Coravia, Romania, thanks to the Erasmus+ programme.
Together with our Primary 6th grade students, they have developed a project on environmental care, creating a podcast and online posters with Canva, they have also enhanced their communicative competence in English, and exchanged culture and traditions, making new international friends.
It has been a great experience that everyone has benefited from and enjoyed to the fullest.
At the end of their visit, on Thursday May 15th, we also organized a job-shadowing activity to share our newly acquired knowledge about Canva, Kahoot, and Wordwall with our sixth-grade students, other teachers, the language assistants from our school and also the 10 Romanian students and three teachers who were visiting us in an Erasmus+ mobility.
This workshop aimed to promote what we learnt in the second module of our Erasmus+ KA 210 program: “New Methods and Technologies for the post-pandemic School Education System to couonter learning obstacles”, in Germany.
As part of the visit, we planned to cooperate and create an online poster with Canva and a podcast about environmental protection, recycling, and reducing our carbon footprint, with some questiosn about it later in a Kahoot and a Wordwall quiz. We found it very helpful to use these tools, together with the help of a controlled chat GPT search, to investigate the topic and the podcast structure, before we made the final products”.
