As I can see, you still have difficulties to identify the use of the present simple and continuous in common sentences. Here is a list of sentences for you to identify the use of the present simple or the present continuous. What you need to do is to leave a comment with the number of the sentence whose use you want to identify:
- At 6 pm they are meeting Ben’s aunt in Brighton.
- She is working as a waitress in Brighton during the summer holiday.
- She studies law in London
- Ben loves going by train
- The train leaves at 15:12 and arrives in Brighton at 16:45

Here you must identify the use of the present simple or continuous (e. g. routine, stative verb, annoying habit, etc.). This activity is similar to one activity we did in class.
All the sentences are grammatically correct.
1.At 6 pm they are meeting Ben’s aunt in Brighton.
This sentence is en Perfect continuos. It’s definite future plans.

It’s Present continuou. It would temporary situations.

You must identify the use of the present simple or the present continuous in the sentences given. You just identified the tense, which is not the objetive of the exercise.
You need to give information about the use of the present simple or continuous, that is to say (es decir), why the present continous is used in sentences number 1, 2, 7, 8 and 9 and why the present simple is used in number 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10. I am going to give you an example:
The use of the present continuous in sentence number 1 «At 6 pm they are meeting Ben’s aunt in Brighton.» is definite future plan. Definite future plan is one of the uses of the present continuous.
Anyway, read some comments by your partners and you will understand what the activity is about (lee los comentarios de tus compañeros y entenderás en qué consiste la actividad).
I hope you understand what I mean.
1.- It’s certain future.
2.- It’s a situation that is occurring in this moment or will happen in a certain future.
6.- He does it everyday. It’s a habit.
10.- The subject of the book will not change

The use you mention in number 10 is correct «Habit». With respect to the uses you mention in number 1, 2 and 10 are not very precise or totally correct. Number 1 is a definite future plan and number 2 is a temporary situation and number 10 involves talking about what happens in a book
Remember that the uses of the present simple are:
a. general truths
b. habit
c. permanent situations
d. stative verbs
e. actions which are part of a timetable
f. to talk about what happens in books, plays, novels, etc.
g. to talk about future events after certain words (when, until, before)
Remember that the uses of the present continuous:
a. action at the moment of speaking
b. temporary situation
c. annoying habit
d. definite future plan
e. Talking about people in pictures or at the moment you are speaking(describing their clothes, describing their actions)
f. Situation which are slowly changing (e.g. Mary is getting divorced)
