Here is useful information on how to prepare a monologue in which you have to talk about a past memorable occassion: 

Remember that any kind of monologue must have an introduction, a body and a conclusion: 

1.Introduce the topic: e.g. I am going to talk about a memorable night

2.Answer the questions on “A memorable occasion” giving as many details as you can. 

Questions: When was it?/Where were you?/Who were you with?/What did you wear?/Where did you go?/What did you do?/What was the weather like?/What did you get home?

3.Conclude the topic answering the question “Why was it a memorable occasion?: In conclusion, it was a memorable occasion/night/day, etc. because…..
