Gender Violence: Visualizing Children Left Orphaned

Hello, 

On the occasion of International Day against Gender Violence, and with the objective of visualizing those children left  orphaned after their mothers were murdered by their partners, I would like you to bring a toy or a children´s object with you to class next week. I would like you to write a short note giving information about a woman murdered by her partner in Spain  in 2019 making reference to the consequence that her child or children (if she had children) is/are left orphaned, I mean, something similar to what you can see in the picture below.

Do not forget to include in the note your name and your group. At the end of November I will give the objects/toys back to you. 

The following women, Rebeca Alexandre Cadete, Piedra Cruz, and Dana Deonte are already mentioned in the three objects shown on the concierge´s office desk, Here you have a useful link you can go on to know women murdered by their partners in 2019.
