UNIT 5: GOING OUT, STAYING IN

Hello, 

This is the unit you must start working at home, GOING OUT, STAYING IN (Unit 5 in the student´s book). This unit will involve reading, listening, writing and speaking about

-nights out

-tourism, tourist sites and cities

-book reviews.                        

Regarding vocabulary, it will be related to the aforementioned subtopics apart from some descriptive noun phrases and noun+of 

Regarding grammar, we will focus on Passive constructions.

With respect to communicative functions, we will learn how to comment on what people say and  how to emphasize and exaggerate.

Finally, with regard to cultural aspects, I would like to focus on tourist attractions in the UK/USA.
