2.used to show that you are about to tell someone something

When «here you are/go» is used to show that you are about to tell someone something, you can use a direct object, but a comma in writing is necessary and a pause in speaking.
Very helpful!… when somebody asked me for something, I used to say «here you have»and nobody corrected me. Now I know I was totally wrong!
