En el post anterior, present\u00e1bamos el espacio de la web de la Consejer\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n en la que se ofrecen diversos modelos de documentos, relacionados con el\u00a0Protocolo de NEAE (en formato pdf autorrellenable), para su descarga, cumplimentaci\u00f3n y\/o impresi\u00f3n. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
El denominado\u00bb03. Registro de Entrega de Documentaci\u00f3n por el Padre, la Madre o los Representantes Legales del Alumno\/a<\/strong>\u00ab, es el que se debe utilizar cuando la familia, en reuni\u00f3n con Tutor\/a, lleva al centro educativo un informe sanitario, que siempre debe ser entregado en Secretar\u00eda.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
