Las experiencias de la infancia tienen una poderosa influencia en los entendimientos culturales del alumnado. El aula es un espacio que nos ofrece una gran oportunidad para que los niños y niñas tengan interacciones positivas en un ambiente multicultural. Los miembros de la familia y maestros o maestras pueden preparar los cimientos de experiencias memorables en los primeros años. Estas experiencias pueden contribuir a un entendimiento y apreciación de la diversidad cultural de por vida.
Por tanto, es una labor y responsabilidad de todos, educar para vivir en contextos heterogéneos, fomentar la cohesión social desde la pluralidad, y construir la comunidad desde la diversidad cultural.
En nuestro centro defendemos esta idea, por ello no importa el país donde hayas nacido, de qué color sean tus ojos o el tono de tu piel, queremos que los niños y niñas interioricen el concepto de “Multiculturalismo”. Este concepto se ha utilizado en los últimos años para referirse a una realidad que implica el reconocimiento de que en un mismo territorio o espacio pueden existir diferentes culturas, y esto nos enriquece a todos por igual.
Con motivo de la celebración del día de la Paz en el centro el próximo día 30 de enero, os mostramos un vídeo e imágenes del alumnado del primer y segundo ciclo de Educación Primaria compartiendo danzas populares en gran grupo junto a la seño Ana Belén. ¡Esperamos que os guste! ♥️🎉💃🏽
Childhood experiences have a powerful influence on students’ cultural understandings. The classroom is a space that offers us a great opportunity for children to have positive interactions in a multicultural environment. Family members and teachers can prepare the foundations of memorable experiences in the early years. These experiences can contribute to an understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity for life.
Therefore, it is everyone’s job and responsibility, to educate to live in heterogeneous contexts, to foster social cohesion from plurality, and to build community from cultural diversity.
In our school we agree with this idea, so it does not matter the country where you were born, what color your eyes are or the tone of your skin, we want that our students internalize the concept of “Multiculturalism”. This concept has been used in recent years to refer to a reality that implies the recognition that different cultures may exist in the same territory or space, and this enriches us all equally.
