¿Qué es el flamenco?El flamenco es un arte, donde se fusionan el cante, toque y baile de las diferentes culturas que convivieron en Andalucía en el siglo XV. Desde entonces su estilo único e historia se ha trasmitido de generación en generación de forma oral.
En el flamenco existen dos tipos de personajes:
– El/la cantante que por lo general se encuentra sentado y puede o no estar acompañado de la guitarra española.
– El bailaor o bailaora, quién por medio de su cuerpo exteriorizará el sentimiento expresado en la letra y voz del cantante. En todo momento, tanto la letra como el baile, estará cargada de emociones sinceras, palabras sencillas y una expresión única, que en conjunto transportarán al espectador hacia otro mundo, el mundo del flamenco.
En el hall de nuestro colegio podéis ver una preciosa exposición diseñada por la maestra Virginia en la que encontramos el cajón flamenco, la guitarra, las castañuelas, accesorios típicos como el abanico, dedicatorias de cantaores de nuestro pueblo o los libros más molones de nuestra biblioteca.

Flamenco is an art, where the singing, playing and dancing of the different cultures that coexisted in Andalusia in the 15th century are fused. Since then, its unique style and history has been transmitted orally from generation to generation.
In flamenco there are two types of characters:
– The singer who is usually seated and may or may not be accompanied by the Spanish guitar.
– The “bailaor” or “bailaora”, who by means of his/her body will externalize the feeling expressed in the lyrics and voice of the singer. At all times, both the lyrics and the dance, will be full of sincere emotions, simple words and a unique expression, which together will transport the viewer to another world, the world of flamenco.
In our hall you can see a beautiful exhibition designed by the teacher Virginia in which we find “el cajón flamenco”, the guitar, the castanets or the coolest books from our library.
