POSSUM MAGIC
Once there was a possum named Baby Poss. Baby Poss lived in Australia with her grandmother, Grandma Poss.
Grandma Poss had special magic powers. When Baby Poss was very young, Grandma Poss used her powers to make Baby Poss invisible, to protect her from dangerous animals in the Australian bush. animals such as snakes and spiders and giant birds.
One day , Baby poss decided she didn´t want to be invisible any longer. But there was only one way to reverse the magic. Baby Poss had to eat a special food to become visible again. The problem was, Grandma Poss couldn´t remember which food they needed! So the two possums travelled across Australia to try all the different types of food.
They saw rivers with crocodiles and deserts with camels. They saw hundreds of wombats and kangaroos. Baby Poss tried a lot of Australian foods, like vegemite and meat pies. Finally, Grandma Poss gave Baby Poss a lamington, a traditional Australian chocolate cake. Baby Poss ate the lamington and immediately became visible again. The magic was broken!!!!!!
