Veteran’s day

Hello everyone!!

Wednesday, November 11th was Veteran’s Day in the United States. This is a day where we celebrate and remember the men and women that have served the United States military. The different branches of the United States military are: The Army, The Navy, The Marine Corps and The Coast Guard. Fun fact: my dad was a member of the Army when I was a child and my grandpa was a member of the Navy. Below I have attached a link where you can see the National Mall in Washington, D.C. (USA’s capital). The National Mall starts with the Lincoln Memorial on one end, and the United States Capital Building on the other end. The National Mall is comprised of different monuments, memorials and museums. Many important things have happened at the National Mall like Martin Luther King, Jr’s speech «I have a dream». Enjoy the material and please let me know if you have any questions!!!

All the best, Alessandra
