Our students from the Speaking Club, have spent several breaks researching the history of the British “Afternoon Tea” and the main characteristics, recipe and baking of the Queen Victoria´s sponge cake.

As a result of their research, last Friday, they baked this famous cake in the bakery workshop of our school,

After the elaboration, teachers and students enjoyed the delicious dessert.
