From the 16th to the 20th of March teacher Montse and myself took off from Malaga airport with a group of 26 ESO students to the great city of London. Probably the first time in the 50 years of the school history that such a trip has been undertaken.
Talking about the weather, we were surprised that it didn’t rain during the whole five days. But we could enjoy the misty (at times misterious) atmosphere of the city.
We had a wonderful time visiting the Natural History and the British Museums, walking along the Thames banks, Soho, Trafalgar Square or Leicester Square, shopping at Oxford Street, and getting a thrill on the London Eye. Candem Town, which I had never been to, is also a must.
Thanks to our friend Laura who was around and came to share her little free time with us.
Except for the meals, the students were very happy wtih the trip. At last some of them could see their dream come true. They trodded the same streets that some of their idols step on every day. They had an unforgettable experience and most of them would like to go back to London.
But … let’s see what they have to say about the trip.
