Olive Oil, A Way of Life

My students have carried out a huge project about their parents’ work, olive oil production and commercialization. They have created an awesome outcome and I feel so proud of them. We love our town, our products and our people. I am so honored to be their teacher! I wonder how this will impact their future, I believe they have certainly enganged with the task 🙂
