WHAT IS THE REPRODUCTION FUNCTION? STAGES OF LIFE
The reproduction function is the process by which living things have beings similar to them. This function is important. This function is important it allows the perpetuation of the species. Humans have five stages of growth and development. These stages of life are: infancy,
childhood, adolescence youth, maturity and old age.

When boys and girls are born, they are only differentiated by their reproductive organs. During early adolescence (from 12 to 16 years old) the body begins to change. The differences from birth between men and women are known as sexual characteristics:
– Primary: They are the reproductive organs and are already formed from birth.
– Secondary: They are the physical differences that are accentuated in adolescence.

    la mayoria de las reducciones de jornada o excedencias las piden las mujeres .
    su carrera profesional por cuidar a su familia

    -Como consecuencia de las reducciones de jornada, las mujeres cobran menos que los hombres.
    -El salario medio entre hombres y mujeres son diferentes, siendo la mujer el que tiene el salario más bajo.

    -No existe un equilibrio entre hombres y mujeres en altos cargos. Hay un tanto por ciento más alto de hombres que ostentan el poder que de mujeres.
