Neri´s Vibes

Welcome to the very first issue of Neri’s Vibes!

This magazine is born from the creativity, curiosity, and teamwork of the students and teachers at IES San Felipe Neri. It is a space where language becomes a bridge—connecting ideas, subjects, and, most importantly, our own community.

Our debut issue, “Discovering Martos,” invites you to see our city from fresh perspectives. Through the work developed in our bilingual subjects, we have explored how English can help us understand and share the richness of Martos. From history and culture to science, art, and everyday life, each article reflects a unique way of linking what we learn in the classroom with the place we call home.

This project is more than a magazine—it is a voice. A voice that expresses who we are, what we learn, and how we see the world around us. It is also an opportunity to grow, to communicate, and to connect with others beyond our school. Thanks to our new Erasmus accreditation, our school is strengthening its connection with Europe, giving students the chance to develop as active citizens through international collaboration and cultural exchange, and this magazine is an open door to sharing our ideas, our culture, and our experiences with a wider European community.

We hope you enjoy reading Neri’s Vibes as much as we enjoyed creating it. This is just the beginning.
